Please note that during peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may take longer than usual. NEWGATE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these exceptional circumstances.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer standard shipping with the following conditions:

Canada 

  • Standard shipping: 5 to 10 business days

  • Free for orders over $50

  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee will apply (calculated at checkout).

Worldwide

  • Standard international shipping: 8 to 15 business days

  • Free for orders over $50

  • For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee will apply (calculated at checkout).

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.


3. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, no shipping restrictions apply.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website using this tracking number.


5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@atelivo.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or a full refund.


6. Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and depend on the customs regulations of the destination country.
